Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Minnie & MAE aim to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days of receiving the order and payment being cleared.  During peak sale times and/or the launch of new designs the Minnie & MAE team will work its hardest to process your order within the above timeframe, however due to the sheer volumes of orders received processing times may increase to a maximum of five (5) business days.

* Please note that Minnie & MAE fulfills orders in sequential order of receipt and all orders are subject to the aforementioned processing times, regardless of the postage option selected on checkout.

SHIPPING OF ORDERS WHICH CONTAIN PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

In circumstances a product is made available for pre-order an indicative timeframe for when the product is expected to be available will be provided within the product description. 

Any order placed that contains a product on pre-order will be shipped in full following the pre-ordered item/s arriving and being available to send.

AUSTRALIA POST & SENDLE

Minnie & MAE uses Australia Post & Sendle to fulfil orders where shipping is required.  By placing an order with us you accept your parcel will be subject to Australia Posts’ & Sendle's Terms and Conditions and once received by Australia Post or Sendle it becomes your property and responsibility and Minnie & MAE is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by Australia Post or Sendle.

Following your order being fulfilled you will receive emailed confirmation of its fulfillment including your tracking number.  Please be aware that postage/delivery times can vary between states and countries and once your order has been lodged for delivery there may be circumstances outside of Australia Posts & Sendles control that impact the delivery of your order within their estimated timeframes.

If you are concerned that your order has been delayed in transit we ask that you please wait 10 days from either the expected date of delivery or the date of the most recent update on your tracking notification before contact us for assistance.  In these circumstances we are happy to help initiate investigations on your behalf with Australia Post and Sendle however unless you purchased Route Package Protection with your order Minnie & MAE is unable to assist with the replacement or repair of goods beyond the financial limits of compensation payable by Australia Post or Sendle where your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

For peace of mind that your items are financially protected in the event your parcel is damaged, lost or stolen during transit we provide the opportunity to purchase shipping protection insurance via Route which is added to your cart and calculated on the total value of your order.  The option for shipping protection insurance is available for all orders and by deciding to reject this offer any claim for compensation will be limited to the discretion of Australia Post & Sendle.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

On checkout a Flat Shipping Rate of $9.95 will calculate unless you request for your order to be Express Posted for a flat rate of $14.95.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Flat rate shipping of $15.99 via Australia Post.  Any import duties or taxes applicable within the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

United States, United Kingdom and Canada

International rates for Standard and Express postage options will display on checkout as supplied by Australia Post.  Any import duties or taxes applicable within the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
