We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order and cleared payment. If orders place on Saturday or Sunday products will be sent Monday.


Flat rate shipping via regular Australia Post or Sendle of $6.95 Australia wide, purchases over $99 free shipping via regular Australia Post or Sendle, $10.95 Express Post via Australia Post or free collection at events. The postage/delivery time can vary between each state. However, please keep in mind that there may be circumstances with the shipping companies out of our control.

New Zealand

Flat rate shipping of $15.99 via Australia Post, Sendle or alternative shipping companies where appropriate.  Any import duties or taxes applicable within the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We believe in the quality of our products and workmanship. Our products are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. 

Any defective product will need to be returned to us with proof of purchase for repair or replacement. If the product is to be replaced it will be the same colour and style (Subject to availability.) Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

As we are a small family business we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. 

Cloth Nappies

90 day warranty excludes change of mind, normal wear and tear, leakage, smells, damaged caused by misuse and faults caused by not following manufacturers washing instructions.

Product Availability

Whilst we endeavour for our website to accurately reflect available stock levels, due to our ongoing commitment to markets and events we apologise in advance should an online product order coincide with a market event where the final quantity of product ordered has been purchased by a market customer.

In the event this situation arises we will, in the first instance, off a suitable alternative product as replacement for the original item ordered.  Should you consider the replacement product to be an unsuitable alternative we will refund the purchase price of the unavailable item/s.
